Hi there 👋 apologies, but I'm not sure I understand your question. It is expected for you to not be able to payout from your Stripe balance to multiple external bank accounts. If you want to build a scenario where you pay funds to your partners/vendors, then you will want to use Stripe Connect and create an account for each party that you would want to transfer funds to.

I would like to provide a facility to customers to withdraw their wallet amount from the platform to their bank account. Obviously those bank accounts are already previously linked on our platform. Currently we need help on which partner and which service to use to transfer money from our platform to a customer's bank account via ACH

No, you cannot directly transfer funds from your Stripe account to a bank account other than the one linked with your Stripe account. You would either need to build a flow with Connect to handle this, or handle it outside of Stripe.
