hi! really the only solution would be to use a one-off Invoice or disable our receipts and generate/send your own that suits your needs. We're also likely going to change Checkout (the hosted payment page) in future so it processes the payment with a one-off invoice , one of the reasons specifically being so that you can have benefits of the more detailed Invoice receipt as this is a common feature request, but that is not the case today and there's no timeline I can share.

in my settings, prices include vat. I am from Germany and it should display that the price contains 19% VAT

you didn't enable the usage of tax in the actual Checkout though (which led to the creation of the Invoice)
