No, it just automatically shows the relevant payment method types. For example: if they're in the US and you have ACH Debits, Cards, Klarna, and SEPA Direct Debits enabled on your account, then passing in automatic_payment_methods will show only ACH Debit, Cards, and Klarna as available payment method types. It won't show SEPA, because SEPA is specific to the EU
