Are you seeing an error when you try to update?
Also how are you trying to update the SSN here? API call?
update via the dashboard
no error, it just doesn't prompt me at all to update the account ssn
my admin view
click the three button in the top right to see if it was hidden there, but only thing available was it taking me directly to the connect accounts view
nothing there for me to easily update
Can you send me that account ID? (acct_123)

When you tried from the connected account itself, were you logged in as that account or did you go to their page as the platform and click "view dashboard as" from there?

I am actually not sure if the platform can modify SSN here as you are using standard accounts. We protect a lot of user data from platforms.
Is the end goal for your platform to be able to set this or is that just how you are testing?

As a platform you can't update the SSN of a Standard Connected Account
understood, i just saw that 0000 works for sucessful verification tests, so i will retry my test process using that
to clarify, the user themselves will have to make that update than?
