I would need technical support. I do not understand Stripe fee. i know the pricing - this is ok. But I found today the Stripe fee should be for example 150 CZK (which is correct due to pricing) but at transfer only 120 was charged. I do not understand where the 30 CZk is?
Also If we have a payment consist of more connected accounts (customer place one order and buy 3 products from 3 different vendors) the total Stripe fee is calculated from whole amount, but then I checked all 3 transfers and total od Stripe fee was trippled and in other case the total amount did not reach the Stripe fee from whole amount.
So if you could give me your e-mail address it would be great!
Sorry I can't give my personal contact address, you probably should send an email to stripe Support as mentioned above, with a detailed use case with a transfers Id and what do you expect for each transfer as fees.
