in stripe developer logs...it says 200 response...but merchant didnt actually get money in his account

Hi there,
the transfer is available to the merchant's account (the connected account) once the charge’s funds become available.
In other words the transfer takes on the pending status of the associated charge if there is one:

let me put it in this way...if you go to developer-logs there was a 200 transfer log
when we check in payments-all transaction it says the money will be on (the future date)

can we somehow speed up this process ? we want to transfer money to the merchant's bank account the same day transfer was created

Payouts has a speed depending on the account country:

As far as I know the accelerated Payout speeds are available in Europe and Canada which is 3 business days AFAIK

Meanwhile, you can create manually an instant payout if your account is in eligeable country. Your connected account seems to be in UK so I think it's possible:
