hi! not really, you can do them separately. Subscriptions are for Customers and Connect is for Stripe accounts, there's no relationship between those things in our API

obviously on your side you can say "person X has a Customer cus_xxx and also an account acct_xxx" and save that to your database, but you have to set up that customer and their subscription, and that account, entirely separately.
