@oak thorn usually it means your code is passing customer: '' instead of a real value.
Also there's no reason to use tok_visa usually

Thanks for replying. My team did not write the code for this part. Let me give some context - my team is integrating a billing system (called Zuora) to our subscription management workflow where Zuora uses Stripe as the payment gateway. The error was thrown at the stage when Zuora try to creates a payment method on Zuora
