I believe Apple Pay is only supported in safari (desktops)
have you tried testing in safari?
Are you testing on a mobile phone?

Google Pay is only supported on the chromium based browsers i.e. chrome on desktops

#

So you can't use
1/ Google Pay in Safari (desktops)
2/ Apple Pay in Chrome (desktops)

In case you find it interesting, if you're on iOS 16 then you can probably use Apple Pay in Chrome Mobile too
