you disable it on https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/checkout by turning off the "faster checkout" option there

can I turn off when i created a checkout session? beacuse I call checkout for connected account
and I can't turn off for every connected account dashboard

depends, if it's a Standard account with Direct Charges then they control this , not you
