What sort of report do you mean? There is support for metadata but i don't believe it gets tagged as custom field -- that's an invoice-specific concept if i recall

In all transaction I am passign metadata to distinguish between services internally and I want to get a report and see that metadata for my accounting

the final line on the page there notes:

If you have any custom metadata columns added to your payments, these columns will be included in the exports by default.

So I would expect to see those metadata column includes in your export downloads
