Ah no that's not correct. I thought you meant you wanted to create a Stripe Account in Argentina.

You can accept payment from anywhere with a German Stripe Account

That said, you would receive the funds in your local currency. You can see the currencies you can receive payouts in here: https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#supported-accounts-and-settlement-currencies
