I don't know this off the top of my head but I'm guessing we redact the API keys for security reasons.

Sorry, to be clear, I'm not advocating showing the actual API key. Just the name of the key that was used.

Ah gotcha. I'm not super sure to be honest :/
It would be a good feature request (you can write into support@stripe.com)

I've usually seen folks use metadata to track where the request came from (using what platform/key)
