Yes, you'd want to update the PaymentIntent before you confirm it

Since I'm relying on Stripe to properly calculate prorations/upgrades, etc, I'm creating the Subscription first and then fetching latest PaymentIntent. Is there another flow that creates the Payment Intent first so I could specify the statement descriptor there?

As far as I know, I don't think that's currently possible 😦
