hi! your screenshot is the PaymentElement, the integration is documented at https://stripe.com/docs/payments/accept-a-payment?platform=web&ui=elements

As for Vue, we have no official support for that framework. There is a popular third party library https://github.com/vue-stripe/vue-stripe for using Elements in Vue though. We wouldn't know anything specific about it.

Yes i know. But it is not supported for vue3.
