According to the Error message you need to reach out to stripe support at https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

The maximum number of subscriptions for a customer has been reached. Contact us if you are receiving this error.

Just to clarify: your customer already has 3 subscriptions using test clocks, which is the maximum we allow.

So if you want to create a new subscription, you would need to create a new customer or delete one of the existing subscriptions.
