It may be that, even with automatic withdrawals enabled from our bank account, refunds still cannot be processed when we have a negative balance

Which would be a pita tbh, but at least we'll have an answer

Yeah okay. It's messy because of all the fees that come out of that account, so I guess we'll have to initiate automatic top ups every time a debit is created from the account. Question on that note, can I get webhooks whenever certain fees are created on the account?
