You should find their support phone number in their connect profile from you platform dashboard:

can you paste that link again i think it broke with the dots

AFAIK, as a platform account, the rules that you apply to the platform are set to the connected account. You can still edit some rules on behalf of the connected account by accessing their dashboard radar settings:
