Hi there, how can I help?
Yes
Thanks for your message
I can't verify my domain on my Stripe Dashboard
So I can't use Apple Pay
Can you share with me the public URL where you serve the apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association file?
Thanks, this file is accessible. What is the domain that you try to register? and what's the error message when you register the domain?
It seems like you have SSL certification chain problem in your server
You can check this report for details
This server's certificate chain is incomplete. Grade capped to B.
You need to fix your server SSL certificate chain
Hey, taking over here. Let me know if there's any follow-up Qs I can answer!
You can find here some reliable ssl certificate providers:
https://stripe.com/docs/security/guide#setting-up-tls
But that depends on how you configure your reverse proxy and how you are generating your ssl certificate
It looks like your certificate is generated from Sectigo Limited which seems not very reliable according to the report that my colleague shared with you above
According to Stripe documentations, you can use one of these
Let’s Encrypt (free)
DigiCert
NameCheap
https://stripe.com/docs/security/guide#setting-up-tls
I got the current SSL from NameCheap
Probably you should contact NameCheap support and see why your certificate is not valid according to this report
ttps://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=app.orderzesty.com&latest
Okay
It says valid though
The lock is there on the URL bar and when clicked on shows the SSL details
But I'll do as you say in the meantime
Don't hesitate to come back if you have any follow up questions in the meanwhile 🙂
Okay
