No I am using stripe tax I am done all the settings in stripe dashboard now I am using stripe payment with my website. on my website checkout page stripe tax willl work

To clarify, i need to know how are you collecting payment on your website - Are you using the Payment Element or are you using Checkout?

Can you share your account id so that I can take a closer look at how your integration works? You can find your account id by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

i don't see any transactions on this account, are you sure you shared the correct account id?

Since it doesn't look like you've implementing / integrated with Stripe before to collect payments. I'd suggest taking a look at https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/taxes - you can use Checkout with Stripe Tax and collect payments with it
