I am, basically I need to make sure the message to ship the item goes through before I charge the customer. I am trying to avoid the instance where there is an unknown glitch and the order for items doesn't go through but the customer paid. Lemme know if you need more clarification

Hm, I still don't think I follow. Shouldn't the logic to ship the item/fulfill the order need to wait for payment, not the other way around?
