Stripe doesn't develop the woocommerce plugin so unfortunately we don't know much about how it is expected to work here. If you reach out to Woo's support they should be able to help you here

Yes I understand that but when the payment shows in stripe as uncaptured, do I have do anything?

That depends on if Woo will automatically capture it for you at some point. Some plugins do do that and some don't. Like Woo may be waiting on some signal to wait to do that
