Hi there 👋 I don't think we would have any insight into whether the emails went to spam, can you share the ID of a Subscription (sub_xxx) that you received a ticket about?
For example: sub_1LELEPI2QiYH8V4pmpVfAhas
I'm seeing that Subscription wouldn't have generated a renewal email, but instead generated a trial ending email since the Subscription was getting ready to move out of a trial period. Our Support team is better suited to help answer whether that email was sent and if we have any additional insight about it (though I don't think they would know if it was routed to a spam folder).
