I don´t know how to do it because im using stripe via Teambuildr and I only have access to stripe express

If you have Stripe Express, then you need to contact your platform about this issue (maybe Teambuildr)? And then they can contact us if needed.

Without the PaymentIntent ID I cannot do anything. And even if you gave it to me and we found an issue, it would be for the platform to fix the issue not the express account.
