I managed to reproduce this issue on your account. And when checking the browser Network tab, I see this error:

Data for the report type tax.filing.itemized.1 is only available starting at 2022-09-27 18:00:00 UTC; you requested interval_start = 2022-09-27 00:00:00 UTC.
Which is odd since you can't change the hour in the dashboard. So I will report this internally.
In the meantime you have two options:

Change the start date to Setp 28 and it should work
Or use the API to generate the report with a start date of 2022-09-27 00:00:00 UTC using https://stripe.com/docs/api/reporting/report_run/create

I see the same on my account. I'm guessing Stripe needs some time to process everything before it's available in the reports.
