I don't see any request IDs in that thread, but I believe I found the Product that you're referring to:
prod_MO3gtSRQqmhsNP

I'm also seeing that the Product has had a Price attached to it, so it is expected that it cannot be deleted.

yes and the price can only be archived, not deleted

none of these were used in a transaction or payment

they have confirmed it to be an error on stripe

#

and also confirmed that the reason they cannot be deleted is bc they are used in pricing table and there is no option to delete that

#

this has created enormous confusion with our admins, and we need to get this resolved. keep getting pushed off by support.

If the product is being used in a pricing table, you can't delete it. That's expected behavior

As my colleague stated in that other thread, the only people who might have the ability to do that is Support, but even then it's not guaranteed

Hey @candid patio you should be able to edit the pricing table to remove the products from the table

And archive those products/prices instead

Can you explain why you want to delete rather than archive? What kind of issue is it causing?

I was at least able to reproduce and confirm what you're saying with a new price/product, setting it up in a pricing table means it can't be deleted, even if not used for any payments
