could you elaborate more on why you say you're not able to create a charge?
This is the payment I have taken from the customer via payment link.
When I go to customer's profile, it does not show payment method, and there is no option to create payment (its greyed out)

so the bit where you mentioned payment method is not saved to customer profile - did you enable this option for the payment link?

Can you share your account id so that I can take a closer look at how your integration works? You can find your account id by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123
Got it with a bit of experiment. When I choose a product (whether one-time or recurring) there is an option to save. When I choose "Customer can choose what to pay" then this option is not there
