That's pretty much Card Testings and it happens. I suggest getting in touch with Support team, and also strengthen your service by following advices here: https://stripe.com/docs/disputes/prevention/card-testing
Stripe provides mechanisms to help you fight Card Testing. Please do review the suggestions carefully!
Thanks @undone cosmos Any particular team to contact in Stripe Support. I sent an email to the Radar team where they just suggested to upgrade to the Radar for Fraud service.
