I see you're looking for a Payment Link for choose what you pay for subscriptions. I do not think this is currently supported, it is one or the other.

I provide free and open source software. My donation model is pay-what-you-want but geared towards monthly or yearly support to help with my own recurring costs.

Think Patreon. They have a custom monthly amount option.

Without a "customer chooses amount" subscription in Stripe, I either need to pre-create all of my desired prices or use the API to create them on the fly if a user picks a price that doesn't exist yet.

I was able to confirm that this is currently not possible to have 'Choose what you Pay' on subscriptions. I'll share this feedback with the team. Thank you for your patience as I tested this.
