We have a webhook setup that's supposed to be forwarding 4 events, one of which is payment_method.attached. In the logs I can see the event, but there's no attempted webhook calls

Okay so you have a Connect Webhook endpoint set up, but this is an event that is taking place on this account, not a Connected Account. To listen for this event, you need a "Direct" type of endpoint

Connect endpoints only receive events from Connected Accounts
