hi! I don't think we have any guidance like that. Can you say more? This is unfamiliar to me. What type of subscriptions do you have that you are migrating?
client is using zuora to manage subscription, while chase is used for payments -> for Apple Pay it's unclear to us how we could have client to migrate the existing subscriber payments from Chase Apple Pay to Stripe Apple Pay, we can handle the subscription within our platform no problem
I don't know what Chase Apple Pay is to be honest with you. Like, Apple Pay is just a wallet, it's the means by which the card details are entered and returned to the payment processor when the customer uses it to pay on a website. The actual subscription uses the card details saved with the payment processor from that initial creation. So that's what you'd be migrating.(same as migrating PANs in general into Stripe from other processors https://stripe.com/docs/account/data-migrations/pan-import)
Unless you mean something like in-app purchases within Apple Pay and subscription using Apple's processing? If that's the case I have no idea what your options there are or if those can be exported in any way to a processor like Stripe.
Chase Payment tech is a payment processor which integrates Apple Pay into their gateway
these are stored Apple Pay payment methods in Chase which need to be migrated to Stripe - is that possible?
apparently Apple Pay assigns a unique identifier that is tied to the phone and the cc and has the information encrypted
Hey! Taking over for my colleague. Let me catch up.
@gaunt mural There's info on migrating/importing payment data at the link above. Otherwise you will need to speak to support about data migrations: https://support.stripe.com/contact
