Hi, can you elaborate on "grace period"?
the no of days of retries.
I see. How is it related to trial? On trial there is no payment to be made
But a payment is to be made at end of trial, right ?
what if the payment fails .
We have a setting to retry for next 2 weeks.
we want, if the user has just finished trial, we don't want to offer grace period of 2 weeks
see, our trial is of 7 days. if user gets to use for next 2 weeks as grace period as well, they will be using the product for 21 days.
2 weeks grace period makes sense for our annual plans.
So like disable grace period just for the first Invoice after trial, but still use it in next billing cycle?
