1. some of the invoice created at noon where the billing cycle was at mighnight, is there any logic for the delay??

Do you have an example invoice id?

2. one of the customer asked for the card decline. the customer said the card was from outside of our company. is there any thing we should aware of for the card from outside?

for number 1, the subscription id i have in memo is no longer existed. i will double check with our customer please hold on till.

for number 2, i have a customer failed on payment on his billing cycle date and he told us that the credit card were used before but no longer used because of our recent changes to Stripe. (before august we used the other payment agent) might be because the credit card was the location of the issue of credit card was not japan where our service located.

my question for number two is that is there are any cares of decline of credit card if the card issue is different from the location where it recieves
