There's a lot in that message and I'm having trouble understanding what's going wrong. Can you try and be a bit more concise by including steps and examples of Subscriptions so that I can follow along a bit better?
Perhaps it's best to first state the scenario that happened. We've had a situation where a customer has purchased a subscription. They added seats to the subscription via our app and we updated their quantity in the subscription. We also invoiced them for the difference in those seats. However, they failed to pay the invoice for the additional seats.
The callback for the subscription indicated in all messages that the subscription status is "active" and the invoice is "paid." But this was not the case and the customer was getting those seats for free. I am trying to solve this problem. I'm trying to solve this problem.
