Hi there 👋 that depends on how you configure the Customer Portal. You can set it to allow your customers to schedule the cancellation of their Subscription(s) at the end of the current billing period. If a customer does so, then they have until the end of the billing period to reverse that cancellation to allow their Subscription to continue.
If you instead set the portal to instantly cancel a Subscription, then that Subscription cannot be resumed and a new one would need to be started.
I'll give you an example to make it clearer. If a customer bought a one-year subscription, but after 3 months an unforeseen event happened or he is going to travel and he wants to suspend the subscription for a period of 2 months and then pay again, is this possible?
