Field to Delete : metadata -> Exemption_Code

this is a test mode customer id, but we wanted to do it for live mode customer, just for the example I have share the test mode customer details

Thanks for sharing, you can delete a metadata field by passing an empty value,

Individual keys can be unset by posting an empty value to them. All keys can be unset by posting an empty value to metadata
