Hi there!
This should be visible from the "events and logs" section of a given PaymentIntent.
I can see the event itself (in that section)
You should see a line that reads like "A request to create a refund..."
Then, on the right panel, there should be a link to "View log detail"
hmm I don't see that. I just see that 'the refund has been completed'
no log of a request to refund
Do you have a PaymentIntent ID I can look at?

Here's where to find this information: from the charge.refunded page in the Dashboard, you'll see a Date and Source section at the top
In this case, Source is Dashboard, and Dashboard is a link to the specific Dashboard request
If you click on Dashboard, you'll see the email address of the team member who was logged in and triggered the action that caused the refund. Let me know if this helps!
