no we set auto payouts to monthly temporarily

payouts continued as normal once we switched back to daily, but there was some activity that was never included

Hmm the topups and reversals should have been included as balance transactions on the next payout

you want the transaciton reversal id, or balance transaction id

theres around 400+ i believe across several connect accounts (we had actioned 4 connect accounts)

Huh yeah okay, I wasn't aware of this behavior but it does look like when you top up your refunds balance then we just offset that balance for these refunds and don't include them as line items in future payouts.

I see, i sorta suspected as much after the fact

Going forward we wont top-up to prevent this issue

Is there anything we can do for this particular case ?

Unfortunately I don't think so. I think you are going to have to export those balance transactions and then manually trigger your internal processes 😦
