theres around 400+ i believe across several connect accounts (we had actioned 4 connect accounts)

Huh yeah okay, I wasn't aware of this behavior but it does look like when you top up your refunds balance then we just offset that balance for these refunds and don't include them as line items in future payouts.

Going forward we wont top-up to prevent this issue

Unfortunately I don't think so. I think you are going to have to export those balance transactions and then manually trigger your internal processes 😦
