The Apple Pay Button will indeed only show up if you have a valid credit card in your Apple Pay Wallet. In incognito, the button will show all the time, which is what you are seeing.

1/ you have your blackgirlfilmschool domain registered on your Stripe account but it needs to be registered by the Platform, not directly by your account. So delete this from your Stripe Dashboard under https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payments/apple_pay

2/ your WP platform needs to then register the exact same domain that you had above but as described here: https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-js/elements/payment-request-button?html-or-react=html#html-js-using-with-connect
(that second code snippet to register the domain by the Platform on your account is the key step they need to do in live mode)
those are the two steps needed. Your Platform had to register the domain on your Stripe account.

they just have to run an API request
they might be monitizing the ability to do 2/, I don't know but from a technical perspective they just need to do 2

private browser is expected to work, that is by design how Apple Pay works, basically Safari always shows the Apple Pay button in that case.
but in your scenario, the domain was registered incorrectly so that needs to be fixed
