i have 2 shopify stores

So in this case, you need to reach out to Shopify and ask them how to enable both domains.

Since they control the integration, they need to set it up from their end for both of your domains to be linked to the same Stripe account.

Yeah sorry that's incorrect. The way this works is based on Shopify facilitating payments on your Stripe account. They need to set it up so that any payments taken on either domain flow to the Stripe account you desire. This isn't something we, or you, can control from our end.
