Hi there. The new Customer portal session will expire after a 5 minute period. If it is used, the session will expire within 1 hour of the most recent activity. There is a maximum duration of 2 hours per each session before it expires.

It's just recommended you create a new session each time a customer clicks the link on your end

Great 🙂 Yeah sales reps are sending the links by mail to not copy credit card details over the phone. But now we know they should basically be ready for that email in real time 😉 Thanks a lot!
