Hello, can you expand on how this is not working for you? Are you getting an error or is it returning, just not with the transactions that you are expecting?

Also if that is your real test key (sk_test_4e...), please make sure to roll it immediately. This server is public so someone could take that and try to use it on your account for things they shouldn't be able to do. It is just a test key so they can't do too much, but it would still be better to roll it https://stripe.com/docs/keys#rolling-keys

I am trying to build a custom report by grabbing all transactions and then filtering in a local webpage.
What I am getting is “Your account is not setup to use Issuing”

After your account is enabled for issuing the API calls on it should work

Oh wait, I see that Issuing is currently only available in the US and UK, I am not sure if your UK account can sign up. It would still probably be best to go to our support team and explain your use case to see if there is a way we can support it

What info are you trying to grab here? Are you not trying to use Issuing specifically, just trying to get some kind of info on that account?
