Any idea why the focus on the input is disappearing everytime I click on it ? I can't enter the otp code here.

It's normal. The card only got 3DS so the pop up shows and I need to enter the sms code

The 3DS authentication is managed by the user's bank issuer. Stripe asks the bank to authenticate the payment, and the bank on his turn ask the user to authenticate according to a specific flow. Here it seems like a popup from the bank, you should probably contact that provider
