I'm afraid that's not possible with default customer portal configuration. Another alternative I can think of is to create portal configuration via API with update configuration for prices that's higher than current one: https://stripe.com/docs/api/customer_portal/configurations/create#create_portal_configuration-features-subscription_update-products-prices
