let's say i put 50 dollar credit to a group of customers as a rewards, and one of them want to make $20 purchase and he/she will have $30 left over. if soemone wants to make a purchase that is bigger than $50 (credit balance) they'll have to use other payment methods as well right...?

also i did ask before, but i may have been looking at a wrong place, but the "payment_balance_options.customer_balance" is not currently in service?

That is correct. I'd highly recommend testing these on your end. This balance is applied to the next invoice.

so would I be able to adjust multiple customer's balance at once? or does it have to be one-by-one?
