Hello! When you say an installment payment, do you mean a series of scheduled payments with a set end-date?

By installments I mean that the person can pay for the product in 3 installments so that they do not have to pay it all at once.
For example, the product costs €800 and to make it more comfortable for you, I enable 3 installments of €266.66 over three months.

The short version is that you create a Subscription Schedule to handle the installments and when the payments end.

To clarify, is this something you want to do only one time for a single customer and a single product, or are you trying to build a system that will let many different customers buy many different products with installments?

You can do this a single time in the Dashboard by creating a new Subscription which is scheduled to end after a certain number of payments: https://dashboard.stripe.com/subscriptions?create=subscription
You should probably do it in test mode first to make sure it works the way you expect: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/subscriptions?create=subscription
