We can't help with payment issues here, this server is for developers building things with Stripe. If you had an issue paying a merchant you should reach out to that merchant.

That's an image they put on their site. It may indicate they use Stripe to process payments, but it might also just be an image they put on their site. That said, if you want to reach out to Stripe support you can do so here: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email

But really it sounds like you probably want to dispute the transaction with your card issuer instead.
