If you are using a plugin then that means the plugin controls the code for your integration and you would need to reach out directly to the plugin to get any features added in.

yeah a donation plugin. give is integrated in it already

but i can only see creditcardpayments and no one in the netherlands is using creditcards for payments.

Yep makes sense. If you aren't the developer here then you are best off reaching out to the plugin directly and providing them that feedback and requesting the feature you desire

so, there is also in integration in your dashboard with wpgive. so it was wrong to think i have to add another payment method in stripe dashboard?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "there is also in integration in your dashboard with wpgive"

But just turning on the PaymentMethod in the Dashboard won't necessarily add it to your website

#

It all depends on your integration and how it is set up

well, when i am in stripedashboard there is on top of page :select platform and wpgive is an options

i am using wpgive.

i added ideal is a payment option there and activited it

so how long does it take actually activate it and to communicate for the stripplatform to the wpgive platform that there is a new payment option?

This is all based on the code for your integration, so it would be dependent on however long the WPGive platform takes to integrate the new payment method.

It "turns it on", but it will only be used if the integration is set up to take that into account.

Which it sounds like the WPGive integration currently does not.

I'd really recommend just reaching out to WPGive here. That is your best solution
