So, we have a customer saying they have linked their account with us and we have an accountId, but cant find it linked anywhere. So were wondering if its linked in test mode or something, but cannot find it

This is the account id acct_1Lk7aDRf948XXMIv . Supposedly, its linked but I can't find it in our dashboard or in any of our logs.
