Hi 👋 I'm not certain off-hand, but believe that section is intending to say that Payment Method won't be able to be verified.

Yea, we already tested cases where the verification limit is exceeded, and we can add the same bank accounts again after failed verification. It's expected on test environment, as I doubt if the test bank accounts should be blocked permanently, and I wanted to know if it's the same behavior in the live mode.
